There is big business located in this wooded little corner of Minnesota, including the General Mills headquarters and Dahlberg Industries, and United Healthcare, as well as the Courage Center (known nationally for its rehabilitation work).

This Hennepin County city of more than 20,000 people can't quite agree on where its name came from. Some believe the name derives from buttercups, while others think it was wheat, cowslips, sunflowers, or daffodils.
