Carver Real Estate c.1851
The land that would become the historic river town of Carver, Minnesota was first settled in 1851 by a Sooner (someone who settles sooner than is legal) named Axel Jorgenson. By 1855 Carver had, among other things, a hotel, a carpenter, a blacksmith and stable, two shoemakers, and a general store. Today, Carver has seven parks, several hiking and jogging trails, a few more buildings, and a population of 2,500 people who are proud of their small town.

The River Bluffs area has seen the construction of many new developments, as the demand for Carver homes increases.
