We don't charge a desk fee, a phone fee or a technology fee. You pay your dues, MLS and Superkey charges. Plus— we would like to try to beat your current office's split!

We also pay a 5% commission override on any agent you recruit into our company. That's on top of your own commissions and it is from our side of your friend's commission — they aren't making any less.

Our Mentoring Program

We believe that an integral part of your success as a realtor is having experienced and willing individuals to mentor you. If requested, our mentors may take you on listing calls, showings, home tours, or previews to gain hands-on experience. More importantly, unlike most companies, we do not charge for these services. We believe in extending what we have learned to those who desire to become a successful and valuable real estate agent.
